About

A harness shop built around the quote.

Every hardware engineer has lost a week waiting on a harness quote. That wait is not a manufacturing constraint — it is a process one.

Custom wire harnesses are quoted by hand almost everywhere. Someone opens your drawing, counts crimps and connectors, looks up wire, adds labor, and emails you a number several days later. The build itself might take two days. The quote takes five.

HarnessMax exists to compress that. We take drawings in whatever form you already have them, price them quickly, and get the assembly on the bench while the design is still fresh. For a team iterating on a prototype, the calendar matters more than the unit price — and the calendar is what we compete on.

We build to IPC/WHMA-A-620, test every assembly before it ships, and send the records along with it. Quantities start at one. There is no minimum order and no setup fee for a reorder.
